This may include: name, email address, phone number, company, role, building affiliation, login credentials (securely stored), photos, notes, messages, work order or inspection data, or any other submitted content.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Services, we may automatically collect device information, operating system, browser type, IP address, log activity, crash reports, and diagnostic data. If you enable location services, we may collect approximate or precise location data for features such as inspection tagging.

Website analytics and cookies
If you choose “Allow analytics,” Handteq uses Google Analytics on this website to understand page views, referral sources, and completed demo requests. Google Analytics may use cookies and receive browser, device, and site-activity information. We do not send demo form contents to Google Analytics. You can change your choice through “Analytics choices” in the footer. Declining optional analytics does not affect site access or demo requests.

Demo request source
When you request a demo, Handteq may include the referring website domain, a recognized campaign source, and the first page you visited with your request. This is stored with your request and included in our team notification, whether or not you allow optional Google Analytics. We do not automatically capture your search terms, chat prompts, or a full referring-page URL with the form.

1.3 Information From Third Parties
If your organization integrates Handteq with other systems, we may receive limited data from those systems for the purpose of providing the Services.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use collected data to:

Provide, operate, and maintain the Services
Authenticate users and secure accounts
Power workflows such as inspections, work orders, and reporting
Improve performance, reliability, and user experience
Respond to support inquiries and send service-related notices

We do not sell or rent personal data.

Your organization or building management: to fulfill workflow functionality

We retain information for as long as your organization maintains an active contract with Handteq, or as required for legal, security, or audit reasons. Your organization may request data deletion where permitted by law.

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), encrypted storage for sensitive data, access logging, and role-based access controls. No system is completely secure, and use of the Services is at your own risk.
YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or withdrawal of consent. Requests may be sent to your administrator or Handteq.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Services are not intended for individuals under age 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
